Lincoln, IL - Maple Ridge Care Centre participated in the local Chamber of Commerce Turkey Bowl this past Friday, November 5th.  This was the first annual Turkey Bowl held by the Lincoln/Logan County chamber in efforts to raise money to better serve the community and the businesses within. There was also a silent auction, raffle tickets and other games available.
There were 16 teams of 4 bowlers each, representing many of the local businesses in the area. The teams competed in the main event while individual bowlers from the general public also competed. Though our team from Maple Ridge did not win or place, they agreed that the event was fun and served a great purpose of helping the overall community.
