Lincoln, IL - Maple Ridge Care Centre held it's annual Thanksgiving Dinner for the residents, their families and guests on November 18th. 
    The guests arrived to find long, family styled table decorated in autumnal themes.
Over 75 people attended the holiday festival with live entertainment provided by "Gloria", one of our Activities Assistants.  She played a guitar and sang during the two and half hour event.  The Department Heads of Maple Ridge served the guests a traditional Thanksgiving Feast that included:

• Green Bean Casserole
  
• Stuffing
  
• Cranberry Sauce
  
• Sweet Potatoes
  
• Rolls
  
• Pumpkin Pie & Whipped Cream

     "We got a lot of compliments on the event, especially the food" said Michelle Eyres, Administrator. "The Vieth family thanked me personally and said 'The food was really good'."  Apartment resident, Josie Elsberry, echoed their sentiments, "It was a wonderful meal!" 

The Administration would like to thank everyone who worked so hard to make this holiday celebration one to remember.
